  31. language daily, covering news of the world.  INEWS provides
  32. up-to-date and accurate world news.  It also includes many
  33. features and interviews covering such topics as current events,

  57.    What is an encoded file?  Most electronic mail systems can't
  58. handle binary files.  Binary files are word processor and
  59. spreadsheet data files, and files with a .EXE or .COM extension.

  61. file into an ASCII file, that can be sent through E-mail.  Once
  62. you receive the encoded file(s) through E-mail, you can decode it
  63. to return the file back to its binary form.
